We are working with a premier international law firm that has an immediate need for an intellectual property litigation attorney to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This innovative practice has a global presence and represents clients across a range of industries in complex IP litigation matters.

Responsibilities:
· Assist in IP litigation matters, including trademark, copyright, trade secret, false advertising, and publicity rights

Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of patent and/or trade secret litigation experience
· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or computer science
· Registration to practice before the USPTO is strongly preferred
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 to $310,000.
