About the Position:
Our client, a stellar international Am Law firm, has an immediate need for an intellectual property litigation attorney (3+ yrs) to join its cutting-edge practice as an associate in its Chicago office. This global practice represents an impressive client roster of leading pharmaceutical and technology companies in a wide range of intellectual property matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent a variety of clients in patent, trademark, and copyright litigation matters
· Handle all aspects of IP litigation matters, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, preparing contentions, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of litigation experience
· Experience with all aspects of litigation, including drafting complaints, managing discovery, preparing contentions, taking depositions, and preparing dispositive motions and settlement agreements
· Large law firm experience is preferred
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $230,000 – $310,000.
