About the Position:
Our client, a premier national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a litigator with strong ITC/IP experience to join its Chicago office an associate. This practice defends and asserts intellectual property rights against imported goods, and handles high-stakes cases involving patent infringement, trademark issues, and trade secrets.

Responsibilities:
· Advise and represent clients before and in all stages of litigation and Section 337 International Trade Commission (ITC) investigations
· Handle depositions, discovery, motion practice, trial, pre-trial and post-trial briefing, as well as appeals and appellate oral arguments

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of litigation experience relating to international trade, including ITC/ Section 337 matters
· Familiarity with ITC-specific issues such as domestic industry, remedies, enforcement, and ITC Rules of Practice and Procedure
· Knowledge of intellectual property law
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 – $250,000.
