About the Position:
Our client, a global Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking an attorney to join its Real Estate practice group as an associate in its Chicago office. The firm handles diverse and complex transactional work for commercial real estate projects across all asset classes.

Responsibilities:
· Handle a broad range of real estate debt and equity transactions
· Draft transactional documents, including equity operating agreements, loan documents, and purchase and sale agreements
· Conduct transactional due diligence, including title and survey review, and manage all aspects of deal closings

Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of broad commercial real estate transactional experience, including handling equity operating and loan documents, title and survey matters, purchase and sale agreements, and closings
· Major law firm experience
· Admitted to the bar in the State of Illinois

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $440,000.
