We are working with a global Am Law 50 Firm that has an immediate need for a registered funds lawyer (3 or more years of experience) to join its Chicago office as an associate and work on all aspects of fund formation, operations, and compliance. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on matters related to registered investment companies including, ETFs, mutual funds, interval funds, and tender offer funds
· Advise clients on compliance with securities laws
· Draft documents including shareholder reports, prospectuses, and statements of additional information

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of registered funds experience
· Knowledge of applicable securities law and regulations
· Excellent academic credentials
