Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on regulatory and compliance matters relating to federal securities laws
· Play a key role in transactions involving SEC-registered investment advisers and private investment funds including adviser M&A, continuation vehicles, secondary transactions,
and company reorganizations

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of experience representing registered investment companies and advisers
· Knowledge of regulatory and compliance matters regarding federal securities laws such as the Securities Act of 1933 and the Investment Company Act of 1940
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $340,000.
