Our client, a highly-regarded national law firm, is seeking an employment lawyer to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This firm’s labor and employment practice includes more than 100 professionals and handles matters in all 50 states.

Responsibilities:
· Defend employers against state and federal litigation
· Handle depositions
· Provide guidance on employment laws, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation, leave issues under the ADA and FMLA, and wage and hour compliance
Required Qualifications:
· 4-7 years of substantial labor and employment litigation experience
· Experience counseling clients on a full range of employment law issues
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $225,000 – $290,000.
