About the Position:
Our client, a highly-regarded national law firm, is seeking a labor and employment attorney to join as a junior/midlevel associate in its Chicago office. This practice group counsels employers locally, regionally and nationally on state-of-the-art policy development and implementation as well as best practices in employee management. Target candidates will have 2 or more years of general labor and employment experience. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a collaborative and client focused practice at a national Am Law firm.
Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of general labor and employment experience
· Experience preparing Affirmative Action Plans
· Experience advising on 41 C.F.R. Part 60 compliance
· Experience conducting and/or defending audits/investigations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs
