Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
· Provide labor and employment guidance in corporate transactions
· Assist clients in navigating union organizing, collective bargaining, and proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB)
· Counsel employers in relation to state and federal employment laws

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of labor and employment law experience
· Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions
· Experience counseling and representing employers in relation to federal and state employment laws
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $275,000.
