About the Position:
Our client, one of the largest and most recognized global law firms, is seeking a labor and employment lawyer with international employment law experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. The practice advises clients from around the world on labor and employment matters, particularly in regards to mergers, acquisitions, and restructures.

Responsibilities:
· Advise multinational clients on domestic and cross-border employment matters,
· Counsel clients on international legal requirements for in-house counsel and global teams

Required Qualifications:
· 4-6 years of employment counseling experience
· Experience with international employment law
· Strong academic credentials and writing skills
· Experience at a leading law firm

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $390,000.
