About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 Firm that has an immediate need for a labor and employment litigation attorney (2+ years of experience) to join its Chambers-ranked practice as an associate in Chicago. This practice group represents clients including Fortune 500 companies, universities, professional sports leagues, and leading law firms with employment matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent and advise top-tier clients on a range of employment litigation matters
· Draft motions, briefs, and position statements
· Prepare and respond to discovery requests
· Perform eDiscovery
· Assist with witness interviews and depositions
Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of labor and employment litigation experience including single-plaintiff, class, and collective actions, as well as advising and counseling clients on workplace law issues
· Experience with eDiscovery, drafting motions and briefs, discovery, trial prep, and investigations
· Must have management-side law firm experience and excellent academic credentials
Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $235,000 – $390,000.
