Our client, a national Am Law firm with a Chambers-ranked labor and employment practice, is actively seeking an attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its Chicago office as an associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent employers nationwide across a variety of industries in labor and employment matters, including unions
· Counsel employers in relation to state and federal employment laws
· Directly interact with clients

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of labor and employment law experience representing employers
· Knowledge of the National Labor Relations Act and experience representing employers in connection with unions
· Experience counseling and representing employers in relation to federal and state employment laws
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $275,000.
