We are working with the Chicago office of a growing international law firm that has an active need for an employment litigator to join as an associate This law firm is a go-to labor and employment firm for major national corporations, with broad expertise and expansive coverage across the United States.

Responsibilities:
· Represent employers in wage and hour class actions
· Defend class and collective action claims, EEOC systemic investigations, and cases related to Title VII, Title IX, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, FMLA, the False Claims Act, retaliation, whistleblowing and discrimination
· Litigate noncompete and restrictive covenant matters

Required Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of employment litigation experience
· Strong academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000 – $250,000.
