About the Position:
Our client, a premier international law firm based in the Midwest, is actively seeking an employment litigator to join its practice in Chicago as an associate. This practice defends class and collective action claims, EEOC systemic investigations, Title VII, Title IX, and Equal Pay Act cases, the Fair Labor Standards Act, False Claims Act, FMLA, retaliation, and whistleblowing and discrimination, as well as noncompete and restrictive covenant matters. Ideal candidates will have three to four years of employment litigation experience, specifically with wage and hour class actions. Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of wage and hour class actions experience
· Significant experience with Illinois employment law
· Experience with affirmative action/OFCCP compliance is a plus
· Strong academic credentials
