About the Position:
We are working with the Chicago office of an international law firm that has an active need for an employment litigator (3-4 yrs) to join as an associate. This leading labor and employment practice has been nationally recognized and represents major corporations across the United States.

Responsibilities:
· Represent employers in wage and hour class actions
· Defend class and collective action claims, EEOC systemic investigations, and cases related to Title VII, Title IX, the Equal Pay Act, the Fair Labor Standards Act, FMLA, the False Claims Act, retaliation, whistleblowing, and discrimination
· Litigate noncompete and restrictive covenant matters
· Work across offices and manage multiple assignments concurrently
Required Qualifications:
· 3-4 years of employment litigation experience
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $255,000 – $280,000.
