We are working with a sophisticated international law firm that has an immediate need for an employment litigator to join its nationally-recognized labor and employment practice in Chicago as a mid-level associate.

Responsibilities:
· Represent the country’s largest multi-state employers in litigation
· Serve as a point contact for both clients and colleagues on labor & employment litigation cases, including supervising junior associates and staff
· Provide employment advice and counseling

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of years of employment litigation experience
· Deposition and/or court experience
· Experience with Federal Court Rules and E-Discovery
· Strong academic credentials
