Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in a wide range of employment litigation cases, including wage and hour class, collective and representative actions, wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, retaliation and unfair competition/trade secret claims
Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of experience litigating employment, civil rights, or commercial matters in state and federal courts
· Experience with state and federal wage & hour and employment law is a plus
