About the Position:
We are working with a prestigious Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a life sciences transactions attorney to join its Century City Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm handles corporate and transactional matters for life sciences companies and investors across the world, spanning the full life company life cycle.

Responsibilities:
· Advise life sciences companies and investors across the world on corporate and transactional matters
· Support transactions spanning the full company lifecycle, from start-up formation and venture capital financings through private equity investments, IPOs, and public offerings
· Work on complex public company M&A, collaboration, and partnering transactions within the life sciences space
· Coordinate with regulatory, healthcare compliance, antitrust, product liability, patent litigation, and privacy colleagues to execute integrated, cross-practice deals

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of transactional law experience with a focus on life sciences partnering, collaboration, and licensing deals, including cross-border matters
· Background handling life sciences commercial agreements, including supply and manufacturing arrangements, master services agreements, research agreements, and clinical trial agreements
· Science-related undergraduate or graduate degree and/or medical device industry experience is desired
· Large law firm experience

Los Angeles – Century City, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
