We are working with a highly-regarded Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for a life sciences transactional attorney to join its Chicago office as a mid to senior-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Advise pharma, biotech, and technology clients with respect to their contractual arrangements
· Draft and negotiate pharma and biotech agreements, including manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, services agreements, collaborations and licensing deals

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 7 years of experience with representation of life sciences companies (specifically with drafting and negotiating pharma and biotech collaborations and licensing deals and other operational agreements)
· Excellent academic credentials
