About the Position:
Our client, a Midwestern regional firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate to focus on commercial disputes for its Chicago office. The practice group handles a variety of matters related to financial services, including securities, banking, and complex disputes.

Responsibilities:
• Guide matters through every phase of litigation, including initial filing, discovery, trial prep, and trials
• Draft motions, respond to discovery requests, and compile status reports for clients
• Conduct and defend depositions

Required Qualifications:
• 5+ years of business litigation experience
• Experience with hearings or trials as well as taking and defending depositions
• Admitted to practice law in the State of Illinois

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range is $150,000 – $200,000.
