About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic Chicago boutique litigation law firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an immediate need for a stellar experienced (7+ years) commercial litigator to join as a senior-level associate or partner. Some portable business is required for this excellent opportunity to develop your practice in a strong and supportive high-end boutique firm.

Responsibilities:
· Take the lead on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court

Required Qualifications:
· 7 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience
. Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
. Clerkship experience a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
· Some portable business is required

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The mid-$100k to $200k plus range, depending on experience and practice.
