About the Position:
Our client, a dynamic Chicago boutique litigation law firm founded by a former large law firm partner, has an immediate need for a stellar experienced (4+ years) commercial litigation attorney to join as a mid-level associate (or junior partner/counsel, depending on level of experience).

Responsibilities:
· Work closely on all aspects of litigation, from pre-trial discovery through trial
· Draft substantive motions, pleadings, and briefs, take and defend depositions, and appear in court
Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of complex commercial litigation experience
. Desire for a busy and sophisticated boutique litigation practice
. Clerkship experience a plus
· Excellent academic credentials
