About the Position:
Our client, a Chicago-based plaintiff’s litigation firm specializing in civil rights, mass tort, and class action cases, has an immediate need for a litigator (5+ yrs) to join its busy practice as a mid/senior-level associate. The attorneys at this firm practice on a nationwide basis in both federal and state courts and handle a variety of litigation matters, including employment, product liability, civil rights, aviation, and class actions. This firm was recently recognized by the Chicago Lawyer Magazine for the tens of millions of dollars in settlements it recovered for its clients in 2024.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in a variety of commercial litigation matters
· Draft motions, pleadings, and briefs
· Take and defend depositions
· Argue motions and appear in court

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of commercial litigation experience

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is approximately $125,000.
