About the Position:
Our client, a prestigious global law firm with a large Chicago office, is seeking a litigator to join its practice as an associate in Chicago. This widely recognized practice consists of over 500 attorneys throughout the firm’s worldwide offices who practice throughout the United States as well as in more than 30 additional countries and territories. Responsibilities:
· Handle all phases of complex litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs
· Manage discovery, including written requests/responses and document review/production
· Conduct legal research and support case strategy across commercial disputes, class actions, and regulatory matters
· Assist with depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

Required Qualifications:
· 2-4 years of complex litigation experience, including discovery, brief writing, and pre-trial preparation
· Exposure and/or interest in the cybersecurity and data privacy practice is a plus
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
