About the Position:
Our client, a top Am Law 50 firm with a large and established Chicago office, is actively seeking an attorney with product liability experience involving pharma/medical devices to join as a litigation associate in Chicago. This firm has one of the largest and most sophisticated teams of disputes lawyers globally, including a local presence in over 40 countries. Responsibilities:
· Draft and review discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda
· Assist with fact development and depositions
· Develop case strategy

Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of product liability and/or complex commercial litigation experience, particularly involving pharmaceutical/medical devices
· Strong experience writing briefs, including Rule 702 of the Federal Rules of Evidence and Daubert issues
· Large law firm experience (Am Law 100 background preferred)
· Excellent academic credentials and writing skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $250,000 – $370,000.
