About the Position:
Our client, a national Am Law firm, is actively seeking a litigation attorney to join as an associate in its Chicago office. This collaborative practice represents an array of clients ranging from Fortune 500 to emerging companies in a variety of industries. Ideal candidates will have 3-6 years of hands-on consumer class action experience. Experience with TCPA and automatic renewal laws is preferred, as is experience with complex litigation involving consumer protection, unfair competition, and false and deceptive advertising. Knowledge of investigations by federal and state regulatory agencies such as FTC, FCC, and Consumer Financial Protection Bureau is a plus. Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of hands-on consumer class actions litigation experience
· Experience with TCPA and automatic renewal laws is preferred
· Experience with complex litigation involving the following is preferred: Consumer protection, Unfair competition, and/or False and deceptive advertising
