About the Job:
We are working with a boutique law firm that has an immediate need for a litigator (3-5 years’ experience) to join its sophisticated practice in Chicago. This practice has a national reach and focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients including, banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
· Assist with taking depositions
· Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions

Required Qualifications:
· 3-5 years of litigation experience required
· Experience or strong familiarity with financial services litigation preferred
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $165,000.
