About the Position:
Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, is seeking an attorney to work on corporate matters in its Century City Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm advises companies, investors, and financial institutions on complex domestic and cross-border transactions, ranging from middle-market acquisitions to multibillion-dollar takeovers.

Responsibilities:
· Handle general corporate matters with a focus on mergers and acquisitions
· Draft legal documents in support of M&A and other corporate matters
· Advise clients throughout the transaction cycle, from initial structuring and diligence to negotiations, financing matters, closing, and integration after completion.

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of corporate practice experience, including a substantial focus on mergers and acquisitions
· Strong academic credentials
· Excellent legal drafting and communication abilities

Location:
Los Angeles – Century City, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
