About the Position:
Our client, a leading Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a corporate attorney to join its market-leading practice in Southern California (Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, or San Diego). This practice has been nationally Chambers-ranked for nearly two decades and frequently represents preeminent names from a range of industries on high-value and complex corporate matters, with particular strength in M&A, private equity and venture capital.

Responsibilities:
· Advise private equity clients through the full spectrum of mergers and acquisition matters, from routine deals to highly complex transactions
· Provide integrated support across board counseling, capital markets, executive comp, leveraged finance, tax, and fund formation
· Deliver practical, business-focused advice at every stage of a company’s life cycle

Required Qualifications:
· 2+ years of experience with M&A and private equity transactions
· Excellent academic credentials

Location:
Costa Mesa, Los Angeles, or San Diego, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary is $235,000+.
