Our client, a Silicon Valley-based international law firm renowned for its market-leading work with tech and start-up clients, is actively seeking an M&A corporate transactions attorney to join its leading practice in a non-partnership track, knowledge management role as an M&A Resource Attorney. This Chambers-ranked practice group represents financial advisors, hedge funds, private equity funds, and venture capitalists with M&A transactions around the world. Target candidates will have 4 or more years of large law firm M&A experience, particularly handling public company matters. This is a terrific opportunity to utilize your deep M&A experience in a non-billable and important role with the firm.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 to 6 years of large law firm M&A experience
· Experience with public company deals
· Strong drafting skills are required
