About the Position:
Our client, a premier plaintiff law firm, is actively seeking a mass tort litigation attorney to join its West Los Angeles office as an associate. The firm handles cutting-edge class and mass action litigation and also partners with government entities, both by helping shape federal and state legislation and by representing them in consumer-protection actions.

Responsibilities:
· Manage day-to-day litigation, including court appearances, case management, and drafting and negotiating settlements
· Conduct sophisticated legal research across all stages of a case, from intake through trial and appeal
· Supervise and mentor paralegals and staff attorneys, and keep clients regularly updated on case status and strategy

Required Qualifications:
· 1-6 years of litigation and court experience
· Excellent academic credentials
· Strong research and writing skills, with the ability to develop novel legal theories
· Clerkship experience preferred; prior experience supervising staff or leading a team is a plus

Los Angeles – West, CA (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $225,000.
