About the Position:
Our client, a tech-enabled plaintiffs’ firm, is seeking an experienced mass torts attorney to operate as a true builder and owner of large-scale litigation campaigns. This role is designed for an attorney who can independently run matters from strategy through execution, and the practice spans a range of high-impact areas, including environmental, product liability, and emerging tech-driven damages cases. Responsibilities:
• Own and manage end-to-end mass tort and mass action campaigns
• Develop legal strategy, filings, jurisdictional approach, and case selection
• Drive case development and execution across large dockets
• Collaborate with leadership while independently running matters
• Build and lead a team over time as the practice grows

Required Qualifications:
• 8-15+ years of litigation experience, with meaningful exposure to mass tort or mass action matters
• Experience working on large dockets (500+ cases)
• Comfortability with filing strategy, jurisdiction decisions, and case selection
• Trial experience is a plus

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $200,000 – $300,000+ (dependent upon experience).
