We are working with an international Am Law 100 firm that is seeking a real estate lawyer with commercial mortgage-backed securities experience to join as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Represent CMBS and other mortgage loan servicers in loan modifications, workouts, and other servicing transactions
Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 6 years of real estate finance transactions experience including with securities and capital markets, lending and securitization, modifications, workouts and other servicing transactions
· Strong analytical and communication skills

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $275,000.
