About the Position:
Our client, a highly regarded Midwest-based law firm, has an immediate need for a litigator (3-5 yrs) to join the Native American litigation team in its Chicago office as an associate. This long-standing national practice is Chambers-ranked and handles a range of issues, including land determinations, environmental law and regulations, taxation, federal recognition, gaming compliance and tribal gaming commission, labor and employment, and construction matters.

Responsibilities:
· Represent tribes (including tribal entities and tribal members) throughout the nation
· Litigate complex commercial and construction disputes

Required Qualifications:
· 3 to 5 years of litigation and administrative law experience
· Significant experience, or strong interest, in Federal Indian Law
· Trial, deposition, hearing, and oral argument experience is a plus
· Top academic credentials

Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $180,000 – $300,000.
