About the Position:
Our client, a thriving Am Law firm, has an active need for an IP litigator to join its practice in Chicago as an associate. Attorneys in this practice represent Fortune 50 and multinational companies, as well as innovative start-ups, across technology, consumer products, and life sciences in their most critical disputes.

Responsibilities:
· Work on all aspects of patent litigation matters, including fact development, discovery, motion practice, expert issues, and trial preparation
· Draft briefs, motions, and other client communications
· Participate in ITC (Section 337) investigations and PTAB proceedings

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of patent litigation experience
· Experience with or interest in SEPs/FRAND and disputes involving telecommunications and multimedia standards
· Strong academic credentials and proficiency in brief writing

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $260,000 – $390,000.
