We are working with an international Am Law 100 Firm with a robust client base that has an active need for an experienced patent litigator (1-3 yrs) to join as an associate in its Chicago office. Responsibilities:
· Advise clients on all aspects of patent litigation
· Handle pre-litigation matters, including pre-suit investigations, discovery, cease-and-desist letters and patent clearance searches
Required Qualifications:
· 1-3 years of patent litigation experience
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary for this position is $175,000 – $255,000.
