About the Position:
Our client, a premier national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking a strong patent litigator (3-6 yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice has a national reach and regularly prosecutes and defends infringement, unfair competition, and misuse matters in courts across the country.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients in all phases of patent litigation in courts across the country including the USPTO and U.S. International Trade Commission

Required Qualifications:
· 3-6 years of patent litigation experience
· Experience with trade secret litigation/other areas of IP litigation preferred
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base compensation for this position is $215,000 – $260,000.
