Our client, a premier national Am Law 100 firm, is seeking an intellectual property litigation lawyer (3+ yrs) with patent litigation experience to join its Chicago office an associate. · Represent clients in patent litigation matters in courts across the country including the USPTO and U.S. International Trade Commission
Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of patent litigation experience
· Experience in trade secret litigation is preferred
· Excellent academic credentials
