About the Position:
Our client, a top international law firm, is seeking a patent litigation attorney to join its Chicago team as a mid-level associate. The attorneys in this cutting-edge practice represent some of the most highly recognized corporations and brands with patent, trademark, copyright, and trade secret litigation matters. Target candidates will have 3 or more years of experience handling and/or managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases as well as experience litigating therapeutics cases.

Required Qualifications:
· 3 or more years of experience handling and/or managing Hatch-Waxman or biotherapeutics cases in District Court or before the PTAB
· Experience litigating and managing therapeutics cases (biologic or chemical)
· Excellent academic credentials
