About the Position:
Our client, a Midwest-based national law firm, is seeking a patent prosecution attorney to join its cutting-edge practice as a junior/mid-level associate (depending on experience). This practice has been nationally recognized and represents clients ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies with complex patent prosecution matters.

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of patent preparation and prosecution experience
· Must have a degree in electrical engineering or computer science and be admitted to the USPTO

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $210,000 – $295,000.
