About the Position:
Our client, one of the nation’s leading plaintiff litigation firms representing survivors of sexual abuse and catastrophic injury, is seeking an experienced litigation attorney to join its growing team as a senior associate or partner (title dependent on level of experience). Working closely with accomplished trial attorneys, this role offers the opportunity to handle complex, high-impact litigation on behalf of survivors while contributing to meaningful, precedent-setting cases. Responsibilities:
· Manage a sophisticated docket of plaintiff litigation matters from initial case evaluation through trial and, when applicable, appeal
· Handle all phases of litigation, including drafting pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motion practice, expert coordination, mediation, and trial preparation
· Develop case strategy, evaluate liability and damages, and negotiate favorable resolutions
· Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive briefs and other substantive filings
· Work closely with partners on complex, high-value litigation involving institutional defendants
· Build strong client relationships through effective communication and dedicated advocacy
· Contribute to the continued growth and success of the firm’s litigation practice
Required Qualifications:
· 4-10+ years of litigation experience
· Active Illinois or Michigan bar admission
· Plaintiff-side personal injury or plaintiff-side commercial litigation experience is preferred but not required
· Experience managing discovery, depositions, and motion practice in complex or high-value litigation

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $200,000+, depending on experience and fit. The position also offers substantial performance-based bonuses.
