We are working with a Chicago boutique plaintiff’s litigation firm that has an immediate need for a litigation associate to join its busy practice.

Responsibilities:
· Assist with national litigation matters in state and federal courts
· Draft complaints, discovery, and mediation statements
· Communicate and work closely with clients and co-counsel through the litigation life cycle

Required Qualifications:
· 2 or more years of experience litigation experience in personal injury, mass torts, and/or product liability matters
· Strong legal writing skills
