Our client, a dynamic boutique law firm in the western suburbs of Chicago, has an immediate need for a partner level insurance coverage attorney, with significant experience on the policyholder side. This firm represents clients across the country in litigation/arbitration/mediation and counseling.

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients with various complex cases and throughout all aspects of litigation, including dispositive motions
· Represents policyholders in insurance coverage disputes, including errors and omissions and business income loss
Provide risk management advice
Assist with commercial matter, litigation, insurance disputes and environmental issues
Required Qualifications:
· 6+ years of policyholder side insurance coverage experience
· Strong academic credentials and law firm experience
