About the Position:
We are working with an Am Law 100 firm that has an immediate need for a cybersecurity/privacy lawyer (3+ yrs) to join as an associate. This nationally recognized practice assists clients in a range of industries, including retail, hospitality, education, and healthcare with data protection and digital privacy matters.

Responsibilities:
· Advise on data security incidents
· Defend regulatory investigations relating to privacy and security
· Assist with state, federal, and international data security incident notification obligations
Required Qualifications:
· 3+ years of law firm or in-house privacy and cybersecurity breach preparedness and response experience

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $215,000+.
