We are working with an international Am Law 50 firm that has an immediate need for an attorney with litigation experience to join its thriving Private Client Practice Group in Chicago as a junior-level associate. Responsibilities:
· Handle private client and wealth management matters, specifically litigation, regarding a wide range of trusts and estates issues
· Analyze estate, gift, and taxation issues
· Handle management and production of discovery

Required Qualifications:
· 2 years of litigation experience, preferably involving matters before the U.S. Tax Court or the administration of trusts and estates
· Experience with discovery management and production
· Course work or experience in tax and estate planning preferred
· Strong academic credentials
