Our client, a West Coast-based international law firm, is actively seeking a private equity and M&A attorney to join its prestigious practice group. This world-class transactional team has over 7,000 private company clients and a long history of representing financial sponsors, high-growth companies and founders in a range of industries, including software, healthcare/health services, fintech, edtech, telecom, aerospace, defense and government.

Required Qualifications:
· 4-5 years of private equity and M&A experience
· Large law firm experience working with private equity sponsors
· Excellent academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $365,000.
