Responsibilities:
· Advise companies, private equity sponsors, and their portfolio companies in all types and phases of complex financing transactions, including leveraged financings and acquisition financings

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of private credit, acquisition finance, or leveraged finance experience
· Borrower-side representation and/or experience working with private equity sponsors preferred
· Experience with general company-side representation preferred
· Stellar academic credentials
