Responsibilities:
· Advise private equity clients on both buy-side and sell-side portfolio company deals
· Draft and negotiate acquisition agreements, disclosure schedules, and ancillary transaction documents
· Assist with deal structuring and closing mechanics

Required Qualifications:
· 2-5 years of experience advising private equity clients through acquisition and disposition transactions
· Large law firm experience
· Top academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this position is $235,000 – $365,000.
