Our client, an international law firm renowned for its market-leading work with tech and start-up clients, is actively seeking a private equity and M&A attorney to join its practice in Chicago. Responsibilities:
· Draft and negotiate purchase and merger agreements, LLC and LP agreements and other ancillary transaction documents
· Handle day-to-day requirements of private equity fund and portfolio company clients

Required Qualifications:
· 4-5 years of large law firm private equity and M&A experience
· Experience working with private equity sponsors
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $310,000 – $365,000.
