Our client, a Silicon Valley-based international law firm renowned for its market-leading work with tech and start-up clients, is actively seeking a private equity attorney to join its world-class transactional practice as a Private Equity Resource Attorney in a non-partnership track knowledge management role. This nationally recognized practice group represents private funds on sophisticated transactions, growth equity and exits and has deep industry experience in key verticals including software, healthcare, fintech, edtech, telecom, aerospace, defense and government. Target candidates will have 4 or more years of large law firm private equity experience including general corporate matters, portfolio company management, and M&A acquisition financing. This is a terrific opportunity to utilize your deep private equity experience in a non-billable and important role for the firm.

Required Qualifications:
· 4 or more years of large law firm private equity experience
· Experience with general portfolio management, M&A acquisitions financing, and general corporate matters
· Strong drafting and organizational skills
