About the Position:
We are working with one of the largest global law firms that has an immediate need for an attorney with renewable energy projects experience (5+ yrs) to join its Chicago office as an associate. This practice is Chambers-ranked and works on some of the most innovative, complex, and challenging projects in the world.

Responsibilities:
· Represent lenders, sponsors, developers, institutional investors, contractors, operators, and government entities in major domestic and cross-border projects
· Negotiate various development agreements including engineering, procurement and construction, operations and maintenance, and equipment procurement

Required Qualifications:
· 5 or more years of project development, construction, and procurement experience
· Experience with renewable energy projects is preferred
· Experience negotiating engineering, procurement, and construction agreements, operations and maintenance agreements, equipment procurement agreements, and other development agreements
· Strong academic credentials

Compensation:
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $250,000 – $450,000
